I wonder what the situation is going to be for people ripping off other folk's work. If someone parcels up your free UL contributions and sells them, and you cant even find that out without buying them how are NI going to police that? Because they're the ones who'll have to...

Exactly !

The multibreakpoint envelope macro was orignally created by Erik Wiegand ( razor ) .
Instrument library stuff/macros's can be used and re-used , maybe erik wiegand is the guy behind toybox

Edit ; if you have a look under credits you'll see the names of the original creators .
So in essence these blocks rely on other people's code , and yet he charges money for it .
Some of which are freely available in the U.L.
A perfect way to monetize the U.L.

is open again. together with blocks prime, base, unfiltered audio 18 modules and the free pack of 44 modules of toybox, you have, i guess 100 modules...

Im curious about that as well; i always have a bit of a 'what the f...' reaction when a commercial website makes use of a 'whois' obfuscation service.

Do you know much about who's behind them?

Me! :) let me know if you have any questions, we've been working on these blocks for around a year.

As with all Reaktor developers, the user library is an amazing place to share knowledge with the rest of the Reaktor community. I've learned a great deal from dissecting ensembles from the UL.. I think this is definitely the best way to learn to build.

All the toybox blocks are original builds but I have used a small handful of macros (small bits of code within the blocks) that I have gotten from other builders in the community (which is inevitable for any builder) and I've gotten permission to use them where possible, there's a list of credits on the website, hopefully I've not forgotten anyone. I do owe a huge thank you to everyone who has helped and contributed as well as the beta testers and patch builders!

I felt it was important to make sure there was a free package of blocks, partly as a kind of exchange for all the knowledge and help I have gotten from the forums and UL.

There you go from the horse's mouth (post prior to mine) :)

the Toybox Blocks are top notch, you can't go wrong. Just be ready not to sleep.

Just downloaded the free pack , some nice stuff to be found
But there seems to be some performance issues
The cpu consumption is halved when disabling /enabling reaktor's audio engine .
Just drop in the patch (rack ) 'sold bass and look at the cpu meter , now disable/enable the engine
The cpu meter is halved

Only happens with the toybox racks ,and not when saving the rack as an ensemble .
Anyway I''ll post this on the reaktor forum

Wondering who made these?

Some of the endorsements are a bit dodgy - ' Changed how I produce' - right, 6.3 has been out how long exactly?
I thought it was satire!
