Got it for $24.99 with my voucher and that is easily a steal of a price and a true “no brainer” purchase. Almost used my voucher on the new Lindell 902 desser yesterday, so glad I waited

I demoed when it first came out and knew for sure I would get it at some point. Super versatile channel strip! I prefer it over the Softube American Class A and it’s right on par with UAD (if not better when oversampling is engaged).

It does have a knee setting just FYI. By default the soft knee is engaged and when you deselect that it goes to the hard knee. Outside of UAD this is the best I’ve used for the API sound especially the comp. With oversampling engaged and with the Bus plug-in after, it is arguably BETTER than the UAD. Def better than the softube I didn’t like the way the EQ sounded on that one. Too shiny for my taste. This Lindell 50 series nails the API sound and I would happily use this over the UAD version without a second thought, or feeling like I’m losing something in the sound department. At this price you will likely kick yourself for NOT buying it and I don’t urge people to buy plugins that often. However this is just too good a deal IMOel davo wrote: Thu Jan 06, 2022 10:29 am It can now be had for $25 (with a $25 loyalty voucher). I am primarily looking for a good (native) 2500 emulation and was looking at Trackcomp 2. Would this suffice? Looks like there is no knee setting. Guess I'd better demo..
Edit: holding off until PA sorted out Native m1 support. Apologies for the noise.
Edit: BTW I’m using it with my M1 Max MacBook Pro and I’m having no issues so far. Even though not native M1 it still works well when I was mixing earlier. Even with oversampling cranked all the way up it was still going strong and no issues. Had about 3 instances of the channel on different buses and 1 50 series bus all at 8x oversampling and no issues or cpu spikes (the M1 Max is a monster). You should be good until native M1 update comes.

Coupon sent out today to make it $49.99, plus monthly $25 loyalty coupon (coupons can be stacked).
Been after this for a while so nice price.

I have an email with a special code to get it at $49.99 as a 48 hour flash sale. I didn't see it until now, though, so I got it for $29.99 ($79.99 normal sale price - $50 loyalty voucher.) I guess you can use more than one code?
Surely there must be consensus by now...

You can use one loyalty voucher of each demonination per month. So you can use, eg, one $25 and one $50 in one month, but not two $25s...pough wrote: Thu Jan 06, 2022 11:47 pm I have an email with a special code to get it at $49.99 as a 48 hour flash sale. There's also a generic $25 Survey coupon which you can also use once, which expires at the end of this month.

Thanks midi_transmission and Softsynthlover99 for the detailed replies to my post! That clears up the concerns I had. Just demoed and the 2500 vca compressor immediately delivered the punch I was looking for on a drum bus
(As an aside WRT Trackcomp 2 - agree it sounds fantastic and has some unusual types, e.g. the zener comp which has a release behaviour I really liked on some material and could not quite match with other tools.)
And yes, the $25 price requires stacking the current 48 hours flash sale voucher for a 49 usd price, with a $25 monthly loyalty voucher. In my case they add VAT so $30 in the end.
