I think their plugins are overrated as shit and none of them have really grabbed me like they have others, but i think the developer is kind of refreshing. All the corporate bullshit that is sometimes practiced by plugin companies rubs me the wrong way personally, it's cool to see a developer who seems to be himself faults and all

Lots of Love over at Gearspace while none of that in here as it seems.
So far I actually only tried their Sweet Spot EQ, which is really good. Pretty subtle overall and seems to have some Thought put into it. Yet also nowhere near to spend those 274 Bucks (on Sale!) as there are more than enough other Options.

This has indeed been informative. Personally, I own a few of the suggested saturation plugins mentioned here.
I prefer the P42 though due to its simplicity (once you understand how it works) and workflow. Following this, I love Michelangelo and also VLC. Brilliant plugins.

Antares Tube beat both of you almost two decades ago(first plugin i remember anyways that had the glowing tube/valve as a central point of the UI). So, are you a copycat of Antares Tube(yours even has the same colour scheme of the original version)

Kiive is tube emulation, P42 is transformer saturation - not really apples-to-apples. Similar to @TIMT -- seeing Kiive's new tube saturation plugin, I first thought of Antares Warm which has been around for a couple of decades now.

How is the P42 compared to True Iron?

It has more sensitivity to low frequencies, so in that regards P42 is better than True Iron, but it's still just a waveshaper possibly influenced by some pre and post EQ. There is no modelling of hysteresis and things like that from what i could tell when i tried it out. That was many versions ago though and i don't really keep up with Pulsar Modular developments(tried enough of their stuff to know it aint for me)that may no longer be true

If you're referring to this then I don't think so.
