I'll put in the free PSP stepDelay because you can get some interesting sounds from it and it's very tweakable.

Very good recommendation here. I'll add u-he Satin for authentic tape delays. Color Copy is my favorite but was already mentioned and MFM2 if you want to go deep.

Native Instruments Replika is free, easy to use, and sounds good. Gives you some useful tweaking options as well.

At first I didn’t think anything new but some nice features with the delay designer, kill, and anti-Doppler.
