Good "all around" instrument. A lot of cool features, but not overly complicated. Nice sounding filters. The effects section may seem a bit rudimentary, but still has some useful options. Great presets that show the character and possibilities of this synth.

Anyway I'm still alive! Dipped out of my last day job so I have a little while to crack down. Though I got busy at the end of the month and didn't leave myself enough time to finish exploring all the ideas I sketched. So here's a menu-style theme! Maybe I'll remix it another time. This month's synth was a *mostly* straightforward subtractive synth, but it had tons of odd limitations that were fun to work around. Excellent for pads and reeses but annoying for drums, at least on my time crunch.

Unfortunately for me, life got in the way this month and I wasn't able to devote the time and energy necessary to get a track finished. Hopefully, October will be a little less busy for me.

Anyway, thanks you nakst for the free synthesizer! It sounds great and it was easy to understand/program for a newbie like me while still being capable of lots of different sounds. Aside from the troubles with the installer mentioned earlier in the thread, the only technical issue I came across in Windows 10 / Bitwig was that the plugin GUI window would sometimes (but very rarely) go completely blank. The plugin never crashed, though. It was just a visual glitch and hiding/showing the GUI in Bitwig would fix the problem.

Also, I appreciate the community's generosity in sharing their knowledge. As a beginner, the discussions regarding mixing, percussion, and synthesizing reed instruments have been interesting.

I'm looking forward to hearing all of the finished tracks and voting later this week. Lots of impressive entries so far!

Since I've been very busy the last few weeks, I only had the last weekend to work on my entry

Studio One can't handle CLAP plugins, so I had to use the Ildaeil wrapper to use the synth.
