If you don't mind me asking, what synth (hardware or software) are you using for that Vangelis "opening-city-shot-in-BladeRunner" style pad?

antiporter: Wow, these are great. Love "Solar Storm". Really nicely done.

The lead is a patch I once programmed on an KORG M3R (hardware).
Other than that I use Virus C (hardware),Albino(software, Absynth (software)

witekr: a nice track, I'm sure it goes well with the figure skating performance. Only thing that I didn't like was the piano sound. It sounded very low quality.
antiporter: very impressive tracks. I know I have a long way to go to achieve that sound quality.
My latest ambient/chillout track featuring my daughter (at about 8 months age):
Cruise Control
All done with energyXT and free VSTs only. Feel free to ask me which ones. Of course, any feedback and suggestions are always welcome!

hehe I guess I will post about my "eXTracks".
This one is the first thing I consider "finished" that I made with XT:
http://sleepingprophet.net/audio/Sleepi ... Heaven.mp3
here's something which is basically done except for vox (if they get added, still have not decided)
http://sleepingprophet.net/audio/Sleepi ... -18-06.mp3
these are both done in Energy XT, with only the MP3 encoding done elsewhere (Adobe Audition)

This is the closest yet I've gotten to almost a full-on "rock" song using EXT...
http://www.myspace.com/suboscillator - "Demo of a Demo"
I used V-Station, ComboSister, MrTramp, Lollapalooza2 and the EXT Sampler.
Now I just need a vocalist!

you never listen to hardcore hip hop, do you?jakob wrote:@le_NEKO: I like the sounds, but I can't really get into the rhythm. I am guessing you were trying to swing or so, but it feels really "stuttery".
it's meant to be like that,it's part of the style. actually it's not so easy to create these kind of grooves (though imo he overdrives that a bit) ...

Just for the record...80-90% of what I do is done in eXT, most of it created directly in eXT, and in some cases migrated from T2, Muzys or Orion. (The other 10% is Acid Pro.)
