i'm all about tracktion..have been for a long while now. i think the new version is great so far. i am glad they gave you the option to go back to the original color scheme though, cause like others, i'm not too fond of the new one.

only other thing i have a slight problem with is the loop recording. while this is an addition i've been requesting forever, i'm glad its here, i just wish when you stop loop recording you had the option to display the last take rather than the first. does anyone know if there's a way to set that?

I wonder if you read my post? I know you can quantize note selections like that, but you can't quantize by %!

Example: select a clip. Note the quantize box, and under it the 'Amount' box. Using the amount box you can quantize a clip by only 50%, to keep some human feel.

Ok, now select some notes using the midi editor. You can still quantize, but there is no 'Amount' box anymore.

Now does it make sense?

I just spent 3 hours creating this really cool blue skin for T2... Looks great!! Sweet... Then loaded up RMIV in a rack... Ahhhhhhhh!! ...Dropped first note (bass drum) in midi clip... I love this skin I created... Damn I wish they could fix that... Seems sort of weird that FM7, and Pro-53 were fine, but then this...
