A few people have talked about DR recently on Trust-pilot, but their G-2 profile is untouched...
I feel like we have an obligation to leave feedback on G-2 so other businesses looking into them know to stay away.
I just left one (it says it's pending). Can everyone do the same? It might save some other businesses from this mess.

I also did not get paid since July. Have terminated my account and have a new payment processor in the meanwhile. Now they have completed my KYC (I am vendor since 20 years). I needed to confirm my bank account in a voice call, that alone seems strange. They said this was blocking payments and now I will be on the list of the next payouts. I have asked when payment will happen they did not give an answer. It will likely never happen.

I'm in the same basket as you Pozo. They eventually told me there was no need for the voice call, as my bank details haven't changed for 20 years.
I disabled my products they sell. I haven't deleted account, yet, as I thought it might cause problems later on. Disabling the products immediately stops them selling anything.
I noticed it's easy to forget to close a 'case' you have to reply 'accept' in the first line of a reply email.
Or they'll keep your KYC case up forever. It's all quite mad.

I checked shareit panel today (after several days), and noticed they deleted "Need Support" link to Service Now. If accessed directly, Service-Now link and login work, tickets are there (On Hold).
No payments, no email, KYC completed in August, no refunds done.

That's the case for me too, the link is missing. You can ask support questions for everyone here.

Today I received the following message from the support team:

Today I received the following message from the support team:
Unbelievable, I've been at it for 20 years and KYC was completed on me with the following comment:As soon as you are added to the approved list, we will notify you on this case. Thank you.
Nevertheless, no money has arrived. As your Due Diligence requirement has been completed you should be able to receive your payout for July and August soon.

My MyCommerce login was blocked a couple weeks ago. Still blocked. Can't login.
Anyone else who's account was blocked ever get their account login back working again? Or is that everyone who is locked out stays out forever?

My account has been blocked after some refunds, i contacted them, they wrote me that the account is blocked due to the refunds and can't be reverted, so my account is close from them and no other explanation...IaES wrote: Wed Nov 27, 2024 10:30 am My MyCommerce login was blocked a couple weeks ago. I believe all of you got email about changing legal address.
It seems they are going to continue working further. Or it is more comfortable for them to go bankrupt in the USA or avoid ongoing legal debates.
We are writing to inform you of a recent update to our Master Services Agreement for MyCommerce, effective January 06, 2025.
We have changed the governing law and jurisdiction related to the Agreement.
Moving forward, this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota in the USA, without reference to conflict of law principles. Additionally, any proceedings related to the Agreement will exclusively be held in the State of Minnesota, specifically in Hennepin County. Moving forward, it ensures clarity and consistency in our legal framework.
We also want to inform you that we have changed the registered address in the Master Services Agreement to Digital River GmbH, Wiesenhüttenstraße 11, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
By continuing to access or use the MyCommerce platform after midnight CET on January 6th, 2025, you will accept the new terms of the Master Services Agreement.
We believe that this change will help streamline any potential legal matters and reinforce our commitment to upholding our obligations under the Agreement. If you have any questions, contact your Digital River MyCommerce team by submitting a new case through your Solution Center account.

So they're named specific court where they probably have a friendly judge. Similar to how patent trolls used one specific court and judge in Texas. That's not a good news. Btw. I didn't get that email as my account is terminated.

I never got that email. My account is locked out so I could never see the new contract anyway.SWRd wrote: Wed Nov 27, 2024 12:40 pm I believe all of you got email about changing legal address.

But, in any case, that doesn't change any of the existing problems or claims we have against them or they have against us.

Got my email this morning. I still feels like there's hardly anybody at MyCommerce anyway.

I too received the email with subject "Important MyCommerce Update: Changes to Our Master Services Agreement Effective January 06, 2025".
I did open another case in which I rejected this new contract, and reiterated that I'd also rejected the new October contract (so don't accept that I owe them anything for "support" or any monthly fees), and that I'd asked them to pay me what they owe me and close my account. I also said:
According to your email. "By continuing to access or use the MyCommerce platform after midnight CET on January 6th, 2025, you will accept the new terms of the Master Services Agreement.".
Since I have rejected this contract I will not be able to use the "solution center" or access my MyCommerce account after 6th Jan 2025.
Therefore can you provide another means by which I can communicate with you if you have not paid what you owe me and closed my account by that date.
I got an automated acknowledgement (which they "bill" as 0.25 hour; however, I had also rejected the October contract and asked them to pay me and close my account back then, so don't accept that I owe them anything for "support").
Since they do not actually reply and since I've now reached the point where I'd rather write off my losses to be done with them, does anyone UK-based know how to force them to close my account (even if they don't pay me), since I cannot stand dealing with this dreadful company any more.

IMHO it's strange that a german GmbH will be governed by the laws of USA, but I'm not a lawyer.
In my contract there is a statement - the changes have to be announced 60 days before the deadline. It would be 27sth Jan 2025.
Have I missed sth?

Also got today case update that due to refunds they are terminating our account and that they legal will contact us. I rejected that as solution as ask them to provide proof that refunds are really done as we got feedback from customers that they got credit note email and then later email stating that refund is rejected. Considering that 30% of customers did not re-purchase I would conclude that more than 1 customer did not receive any money.
I am really curious what their legal will send us...
