I apologize for the downloadlimit, but I was tired, a lot of work in the forum and get no echo or a thank you. A forum thrives on the written word. And our Forum has no advertising, just Musikhaus Thomann.

Maybe one should bundle all that great "classics" and release it as a torrent download.
That way it the availability of the download should last much longer since it no longer belongs to only one download-site?!

Whatever you do, don't click here!

I'm posting this here too, because I'm curious about these old industry standard libraries and VSTis. I'm just into vintage.
I'm looking at Eduardo Tarilonte's page. His older sample libraries released by Bela D Media don't show any price, instead it reads:
"Only download option available upon request via contact page"
http://www.samplelibraries.com/?page_id=760
What do these kind of old libraries usually sell for? They are probably not giving them out for free for anyone who asks, but why are they not still selling them? What happens to these kind of old professional, once pricey sample libraries or VSTis? And what if the developer is no longer distributing them nor selling them, how do I know if they are in public domain and royalty-free to use even in commercial music?

^ I didn't know he made the Whistler. I bought that years ago. Must have a proper look around his site.

The prices can be known without contacting him.
Open the menu "Products" at the top of the page. Choose any product.
Then in the page of that product, choose "Buy download version" for example. It leads you to a page of his distributor of that product, and the price is visible.
Example:
In the menu "Products" I choose "Desert Winds".
Then in the page which opens I choose "Buy download version". The page for "Desert Winds" from the distributor "Sounds On Demand" opens... with the price visible (and the ability to buy directly as with any other website).

the lack of people to test and help in the design

Hi Luizinho, I first came across them on Uproar24s youtube site and wrote to you (I used a different name), then posted here and eidenk found even more. Looking forward to trying any more that we might have missed.
I remember some needed passwords that we didn't have to open them, but assumed that it was because you were selling them.
Thanks again.
can't wait, but interested in kriasound plugins ? start here;

not sure which links still work and you need to be a member of 4shared for some of the downloads.
