Mirko is all cozy, and ethically compromised, with Rapid. Why would he be supportive of Avenger?

Why wouldn't he be? He is a sound designer, they earn money from designing sounds for (for instance) synths. Also, it doesn't have to be one synth or the other for users either. I own Rapid, Avenger, Icarus 2, Serum, Vital, CODEX, Pigments 2, to name a few wavetable capable synths)

He has done factory sounds, and at least one sound bank for avenger. And has licensed his shimmer reverb for companies beyond parawave, of which i only recently learned he is but a contracted developer.
Actually according to his page he has already done dsp work for avenger.

Yes it will be a paid update. It will be released maybe in late 2021 or even late 2022. Price will be announced shorty before release

I think Manuel mentioned on Facebook that it will be released on Black Friday (or around that date). So yes, it's a Vengeance expansion
