Mouse wheel used to work fine, easy to add back if it's broken.

edit: scroll is working fine here on macOS. I must admit I don't use Windows very often, are you on Windows?

I've finished the macOS Apple Silicon and VST3 port, working on a Windows build at the moment, then back to finishing the manual / audio demos / videos / presets.

kinda forgot about "The scream" bought the beta long ago, used it in many tracks and assumed it had been forgot about.

The mix control is in the correct position, so when it is at 0% on the mix knob you get the dry input the plugin is being sent, and the pre and post gain do nothing, as these are to adjust the gain staging of the processing itself.

dry_input = the input to the plugin
dry_mix = 1 - mix_knob
wet_mix = mix_knob
output = dry_mix*dry_input + wet_mix*process_stomp[pre_gain*dry_input]*post_gain

This is how all Cytomic plugins work, and if you require some other gain structure you are free to use the host functionality to do this

Update: I've fixed the old to new version loading of presets, added VST3 support, and added native Apple Silicon support. I'll release a new beta in the next week. This also includes a bunch of possible bug fixes in the Juce framework since I've updated to using the latest version of that as well. As for the software side of things that's about it apart from ongoing maintenance into the future.

The "final release" will just be presets, manual, audio demos, and video demos. That will be complete within 4 to 6 weeks, definitely the final stretch!

The current build is already "dsp and UI complete" in that the new build won't look or sound any different, so unless you're waiting for VST3 / Apple Silicon or final presets / manual it is already finished.

Update: new Beta builds of all Cytomic plugins, including The Scream, are available from the web page that include VST3 support, as well as native Apple Silicon support.

I need to update that icon so it will also download the file to the left of it, but it's been kinda a low priority compared to supporting VST3 and Apple Silicon native builds, so sorry for the trouble.
