All great pop songs... You should be proud to like any of theseBeardedone wrote: e.g. Nora Jones "Sunrise", Lisa Loeb's "Stay" and Michael Jackson's "Beat It"

Petula Clark after hearing her hit song "Downtown".
Music with dinner is an insult both to the cook and the violinist.

I much prefer the B52's cover of 'Downtown' actually.

Hmm, maybe one's perception is distorted by one's own musical predilictionswhyterabbyt wrote:Hmmmm. Didnt fink there were more than a dozen out of sixty.

Yeah, mebbe. Guitars certainly feature in the bulk of what I listen to, although not much in what I actually do meself.

Thanks Mr Rabbyt.
Can Markleford please update the link on his page?
Saddly, I have now found that not only was the song removed but the June access log removed as well to cover up the hacking. No other files on the site were touched but the the song and access log. The web host has no idea why this happened other than someone compromised their security and they are still looking into it. This has never happened before and the timing is strange. I dont want to get conspiratorial but it is as though someone here is playing very dirty to win. In any event should hear back from the site host within a few hours, i will forward what they tell me.

My sincere apologies, must have been a typo in the link. Seems to work from here now.

They're going over the global access log to parse out what happened, who did it and the geographical place of origin.
