Personally, I wouldn't. Your free version is excellent and if users can't see the added benefit of registering, than keep the jewels for those who do.
Your synths sell themselves.
Just my opinion.

why bother then?MadPsyance wrote:Don't get your panties in a bunch, I'll get the registered version too.
Why bother with what?
I want to get the registered version to load my own waves...I have some cool ideas for some old drones and environmental samples I have. I'm not sure what the asking price will be, but I'm sure it will be a small price to pay for this infinatly expandable functionality. Fair enough.
But patch designers who send in patches for it will either have to work with the same wav's or Fortune will have to use whatever gets sent his way. Not sure how that will work out but I am most definatley looking forward to this full blown version. Any date set? Hmmmmm????

well it works fine in VSTHost, Savihost and other hosts although I have some minor probs also when using Minihost at times.Roland Babbage wrote:The only problem I'm finding is do with patch-saving or patch-loading, in both Minihost and Logic. Haven't quite put my finger on what's happening, but sometimes you seem to need to load the fxp more than once to get the right patch. Still, understandable as it's in beta![]()
Anyone else noticed a problem?
cheers

HG, I am really looking forward to your release and wanted to say your synths are some of the most fun I've had creating music. They really open up my creative juices.
Also, I can't believe you aren't a millionaire yet. If not, your synths haven't received enough exposure yet. They're at the top of my list and should be on others as well.
Take care and keep up the great work.

with the 2 voice free-version you can play 2 voices (notes) at the same time, with the 8 voice version you can play 8.bambooman wrote:just a stupid general question:
what is the difference between 2/8 voice?
thats it.
there also might be some differences in the instruments itself, but I havent seen the final freeware yet, or maybe it is the one uploaded.
HG can elaborate on this better
sound is vibration, vibration is life
