And that seems dumb!
If filter cutoff,say, is being controlled by even three Macros at the same time,there still can only be one value for filter cutoff at any given time.However those 3 controllers fight it out to decide what the ultimate cutoff is,is beside the point.
So why can't the filter cutoff knob show what the value is??
The parameter has to have some value,whether it is altered by an assigned MIDI controller or by 1 or more Macros. But you cannot tell what that value is by looking at the knob if it has been changed by the Macros.
But I can see how that would could get messy,with LFOs,etc...
