Yes. IK Multimedia supports Windows Vista across its entire range of products. "
I would guess that includes 64-bit versions.

No, it's never good to assume. They're referring to Windows Vista in general but not specifically in 64 bit. Maybe some day it will be I would imagine but it would state that it is specifically. Most plug-ins are not 64 bit yet as you guys probably know.bendedavis wrote:From IK Multimedia's support --Stupid American Pig wrote:Hey squids or anyone, does T-Racks and CSR run on Vista 64?

Hi folks
sorry for not taking so much time for this GB, I'm just kind of busy.
Still, I'd like to take the time to help make vanish any thoughts about this group buy maybe not reaching the lowest price point. We have 73 people joining in 10 days plus 2 hours.
We have 7 days and a bunch of hours left. That is more than enought time to complete the 150 and - with a little luck - even go far beyond that point.
Trust the expert
.
Remember that during all the past GBs there was an acceleration towards the end, it's gonna be the same this time.
Even without any acceleration it would be 124 people at the end, which would already bring us to the price that is just $10 more than the lowest possible price.
Conclusion: Just join now and be happy about the nice stuff that you'll get.
telebunke
If you feel like it, you can refer telebunke at check-out. This will give both of us $5 in epointz.
What else would be cool? Visit me at www.soundclick.com/wewritesongs and listen to my stuff.

Berfab, please come back.
By the way, I have had messages requesting that I report Calex for his trolling, spamming or whatever you want to call it. Any kind of warnings and bannings are up to the mods of this forum though, not me. I don't run the marketplace forum, just our company forum. It'd be nice if it didn't have to come to anything like that. I'd like to see you guys get along and respect each other, work together as a group for a common goal which is to get people to join so its cheaper for everyone... maybe extras are thrown in... you know how these things CAN go if we get everyone participating. But if the vibe is such that veteran group buyers like Berfab are bowing out of the thread because they are too annoyed with stubborn naysayers who can't take a hint... there's obviously something wrong. It isn't right.
If the group buy isn't for you then let's not ruin it for everyone else. That'd be really selfish and inconsiderate. If you do want to get it then great. But let's not over-power the thread with too many opinions positive or negative. Give someone else some time on the swing.

2 pages ago, I posted the demo above...either it sucked really bad and no one wanted to tell me or it got lost in the deluge.beergeek wrote:Ok, demo as promised....
Understand that this was put together quickly so the arrangement isn't done and consequently, the mix isn't done either. It's really not my genre either. Is that enough disclaimers for the suckage?
Anyway, here it is:
http://rlewin.com/Demos/GrooveDemo.mp3
Using the grooves from one tempo in one style, T-Racks and CSR...guess which style the loops came from....
I would prefer the latter but don't discount the possibility of the former
Anyway, since no one posed a guess...the drums are from the Bonzo grooves....kind of a Zeppelin meets Nashville
Remember, if you buy the Grooves Bundle, you get the loops immediately AND it counts towards the GB.
BTW, it's at 73 so 2 more to go for the next price drop...sign up!!!
Play what you feel and feel what you play.

IF I was a forum mod I would ban him until the end of the group buy; just for general principles.
It has been trolling and beyond obtuse. The re-introduction of the turtle after statements that said in effect dont rain on the parade. Just begging for it!
A general bring down in the past GB's.
Attention seeking? Maybe but it's to much like hollering Mommy Mommy look at me.
Some people need to grow up.

Okay! Let's start fresh here. No more turtle-talk. We need to get this group buy MOVING! So, to start off, we got a rare opportunity to offer you the whole thing for less if it reaches 200 people. The $239 price can be reached at just 100 people so that's not that far away. But... IF you guys can manage to keep this thing moving in a positive direction and remember it is up to YOU the group to do that (which includes spreading the word in other forums which I haven't seen yet) then you may just be able to hit 200 people before the end of the month (just one more week!) and if you do then ALL of that plus possibly a few extras can be yours for just $199. (no shipping cost, all downloadable). I CAN'T guarantee that we'll extend this GB into July so this could very well be the LAST week you'll ever be able to get these items in a bundle this low. You can justify it every which way. It's never been less. Won't likely be ever so... good luck! It's up to you, the group, to get it to 200. You'll need Berfab though. He's a good'en. Tele, Beergeek, Berf, Harmony Gardens, Mlyon - these are your group's veterans and they've helped almost EVERY group buy we've done! They know how to do it.
I suggest that if we want to do any complaints, criticism etc that we start a new thread in our company forum for that and keep this one focused on Q&A, particularly new questions and the least amount of repeats possible. We can also use this thread to MARKET (no coincidence that we chose the marketing forum here to do these group buy threads) this group buy as a group. That means we're all salesmen in this one (that is how group buys work - the GROUP gets everyone to join, not just the company... and that is how you earn a lower price collectively). I am not saying let's just hype it with no substance. Let's keep it real, practical and productive. I like it when we talk about experimenting with the FREE loops that we gave you guys. That's something new. Over 200 megs of loops from the group buy in advance for free to anyone! That's not bad! This group buy should be a monster especially since it'd be now less than the price of one plug-in!!!!! Come on. Let's get this thing ROLLIN!

This is good. A little heavy on the verb though for me. Nice guitar stuff! Cool little dobro thing in there or slide. Sounds nothing like Zeppelin though but that's a good example of how it can be used for other styles... more Nashville like. Nice! Great job.
If I get some time I will do some Beatles and Zeppelin style demos. It'd be fun anyway but just swamped here... I will eventually though anyway.

I think this GB is great value for money. Two IK plug-ins for less than the cross grade price of one, plus three drum packs
Please refer bogh. Thanks!

Yeah, the verb is heavy...I haven't done any arrangement on it or really any mixing. I chose Nashville pop specifically because it was pretty far away from Zep. I think the grooves still work nicely! it was my intent to prove that the same grooves work in different genres.
So next up is some rock with the same grooves and maybe even some motown with the same grooves
Play what you feel and feel what you play.
