Unlike the original version, the "new" versions don't include separate presets and banks. The "new" Performer works fine on some computers, but gobbles CPU on some others.

He obviously had his 6 month old daughter errmm 6 months ago...and all that other crap was 4 years ago.. so unless he had a baby first, built a time machine and then travelled back to 4 years ago I don't see how that statement makes sense..

What does it help me, if I get a new auth code today when I could not use the synth that I bought for some years now and was forced to give away more money for replacement synths ??
It means you can use the synths now instead of using them 4 years ago... not unless you can borrow Chris' time machine and go back and give yourself the codes and software
  I can always count on you for a good one Lotus!

Here's the deal everyone. I was one of the biggest Superwave haters on this forum. I got screwed just like everyone else. But you know what? Why the hell would I hold a grudge against Superwave now when the guy came back and is trying to make it right. Yes, it doesn't negate what happened, but with all the other crap we all have to deal with every day in our lives, bashing the guy now makes no sense. For all those that got screwed, contact Superwave using their support email and get yours. I got mine and I'm happy that this issue has been finally resolved. The new serial number copy protection will insure you don't have this problem again. - Orbit-50

Is that really a fair comparison?? Its not like everybody was 100% dependent on only SuperWave software and had to stop producing music when they disappeared..
not if you take out the other half of the example, no

I got my new keys without any probs :)

Apparently, the new mega bundle has been cracked already. To be honest, professional audio is such a small market and with all the piracy that goes on these days, i'm suprised they even bothered coming back.

I can see why access never produced their virus technology in pure software other than the powercore version, they would of probably gone bankrupt by now.

Think i'll go play on my lovely Alesis Andromeda now :)

Yep, perhaps because there's a litte "hype" around them at the moment.

I've tested the "new" plugins (Tarkus, 808, 909) today.

Tarkus: Overpriced for this thin SynthEdit sound. Years too late for the market.

808 + 909: Cheap, but why should i use them instead of my 808/909-samples?

I wouldn't use them also if they're free. Deleted the P8 also some weeks ago.

SuperWave please invent something NEW instead of keeping 5 similiar products "alive" :)

Sounds to me like you already had your mind made up about "thin synthedit" plugs. So why bother trying them in the first place??..
I have Sylenth1 which I love and I think the Superwave stuff is right up their with it.. I would prefer that they weren't done in Synthedit for stability reasons but that doesn't have anything to do with the sound.. Another great Synthedit plug to rival the best soundwise is Adventus.. Very unstable but amazing sound..

Post

maybe that tarkus is overpriced.
But I like the sequencer of Tarkus and the sound is not bad.
I would buy it for 40 €.

Speaking of Synthedit plugs, two of my favourite drum synths are Drumatic 3 and Drumatic VE...
Thin is not the word I would use to describe them..In particular that kick drum on the Drumatic VE..

Besides a serial number, what do we get for our trouble? What are they using as 'sugar on top' of the apology?

Do we get the D-808 and D-909 free if we bought the original Trance Pro bundle?
