Since when? :o

Last time I checked Bulent (the developer) was still based in his homeland, which is Turkey.
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

This list doesnt say anything meaningful or sensible, except maybe give some idea of what 10 of the most popular synths might be, in no particular order.

Of the top 5, I only agree with 1 (dcam) and of the rest, I have never used omniphere. Sylenth1, Massive and SM are all nice, but none should be in the top 5 imho.

Why is Alchemy at 10, and zebra at 7? And why is ACE not in the list?? There's a few others, like Reaktor, Twin 2 and dune that I would have liked to see in the list too.

This list really isn't the best synths in the year of 2012, but more like the most popular with the type of modern music out there right now. It definitely doesn't tell the story of which ones are most capable synths. I like seeing fellow KVRer's top ten synths more than a company's like this.

The most blasphemous is Alchemy being 10. That is a disgrace.

well, if you consider the obsolete AU and stupid apple policy something "professional" for a musician today, good for you :hihi:

I got 6/10 of these products and plan to get two more later. Good list :D

Well, I kind of like that the only synths I have on that list are the NI one's (by Komplete) - and those aren't even my preferred NI's (Absynth & Reaktor). :)

Makes me feel like I have an arsenal of secret weapons...

I used to be attracted to the CM hype when i was younger.. now I will open their magazine and think about how much they appeal to *skrillex* wannabes..

You have a fairly good sounding synth. Most of my Massive patches don't use FX or EQ.

The only ones I don't have on the list are Diva and Sylenth. I've never understood the buzz about Sylenth, and while I like what I've gotten out of the Diva demo, I'm not sold as of yet.

My three favorites didn't even make the list- Reaktor, Absynth and TERA.
