It's in the menu under Help -> Help View

Yes, but like I said it shows the v9 help not the 9.5 help.

I am pretty sure somewhere there is "What's new in 9.5" menu, any way check the manual for the section on new features.

FYI, for me it's a subsection of "What's new in Live 9>New features in Live 9.5".
