You seem to be completely ignoring the fact that this "complaining" is about software that people paid good money for that DOES NOT WORK. How much "quality" can something be if it crashes so fast it's not even useable? Serum is made by a small company too, and it doesn't have near these problems. I don't want cheap, I want something that WORKS.

WOW. I wish I had read this before I gave you my money. I installed GA release, not a Beta, not an Alpha - a PAID FOR GA release - and it is so buggy that it is unuseable. And your attitude is that if people don't like wasting money, they should try to trick someone else into wasting money? That is practically fraud, and absolutely a disgusting business attitude.

For me SM synths causes lag in FL Studio.

Why is it so hard to respond to my contact request form I submitted, or the email I sent you? I sent AT LEAST 10 crash reports, to you and to Apple. I do not ever share my contact information on internet forums, period. Not even in private messages.

I did not ask why you want my email, I asked why I have received no response to my support request which I submitted through your website, and no response to my email which I sent directly to support@kv331audio.com.

By prioritizing responding to people here, instead of emails sent directly to you and support forms submitted directly to your website, you create the impression that you care more about being *perceived* as providing support, instead of actually providing the support. If you are personally the developer or on the dev team, you should find someone else to do damage control and get customer feedback, so you can focus on first fixing the products people have already paid for, and then and only then working out bugs for future releases. The devs at my company would never in a million years engage customers about new features while things we have sold them are breaking and unuseable.

You purchased this software 12 hours ago, then 3 hours ago you sent us an email. I found the email, and I found your crash reports. Why this impatience over a simple issue: Under your skins folder you have some invalid files.

Please delete /library/application support/kv331 audio/synthmaster one and reinstall.

Do you think it's the same issue that I have with the demo version? The piano area is glitchy. Some keys remain "pressed" after I release them and sometimes the keyboard area disappears completely.

This is the very same I have. Keys remains pressed, then sections disappears completely. Close the gui and it is "fixed". And after a while, same problems comes back :roll:
