It is definitely more palatable at the lower price. Will have to see what happens in the next few weeks.

Yeh, even if you are not mad on the 303 sound, you have a line in to an analogue filter and distortion and a CV step sequencer (that you can program on a computer if you don't like step input) so its a pretty useful box even without the oscillator!
