no price?
couple of videos so far?

not much else to actually discuss yet.
That's the way it goes. Once it's actually released and people can try it out for themselves, the discussion will dry up.
Well... this was prescient!

Literally no chat about the released synth at all. :hihi:

Sounds pretty good though. And at about the price of a software synth!

Once people started reviewing these they found that it had serious issues, like the sync was always broken.
Problems out the box are generally a dealbreaker for me. Reverb had some original ones from 1980 last week.

Sync is not broken, it works pretty much how it worked on actual SRM2 Cat.

I think even if it had some small quirks/issues it wouldn't be the end of the world for such a small/cheap synth.

I've just picked up two of these for my bandmate and I (Xmas gifts). We've been working remotely from each other and this has almost exclusively led to us being software based for our projects so that we use the same tools to.shape 'our sound'.

For our next project we'll now both have the same synth. I'm quite excited as I think this little synth has some really great tones from what I've heard on youtube, and seems really pretty flexible and diverse for what it is.

Kinda surprised there's so no real chat about it here up to now. I'll definitely share my thoughts in a few weeks once I've used it.

And yes, I feel a bit dirty buying behringer, but the sound grabbed me when I recently heard it again, and it's important for this project that we have pretty much the same setup where we've been choosing quite a limited palette to choose from for each project.
