Did you check you spam folder? Also, maybe they sent license manually and this can take some time? Did you try to contact them by e-mail or here in the official forum or pm directly?

Okay, here's what happened. Yes, the license gets sent via email. I never got the email. It didn't even land in my spam folder. It just never came. So I wrote to them and they got back to me and manually sent the file to me. All is good now.

Still, you should be able to download the file from your members area. I mean why have a members area if you can't access your products?

Anyway, I don't want to derail this thread any further. It's for talking about your 2025 purchases so let's get back to that.

I remember when Helix was released it was one of the best sounding synth at the time. I couldn't get into it though because of the UX.

Helix is awesome and still has some wicked sounds. It’s kind of abandoned by this point and it’s UI is too small for me to buy it, unfortunately.

Actually bought it yesterday, but I had an issue finding the keyfile till today (12/27)
