I just discovered a Linux native auto-multisampler that exports to Decent Sampler and SFZ!!! I've been wanting a Linux autosampler for years!!! It has apparently existed for years and I never discovered it until today:

MENSLA updated MS-4 what dropped this year:
https://mensla.com/plugins/ms-4
Development is ongoing.

https://mensla.com/plugins/ms-4
Sadly its on Patreon so enjoy it there.MS-4 is still focused on stereo FM synthesis. The oscillators have been improved and the FM matrix has been expanded for deeper routing and more control over modulation between operators. It also supports MTS-ESP for microtonal tuning, allowing custom scales and alternative temperaments. A sync mode allows oscillator phases to continue instead of resetting on each note, which helps create evolving sounds and wider stereo movement.
MS-4 was rebuilt in C++ using JUCE instead of SynthEdit. It now has a solid macOS VST3 build and full Linux support.
Development is ongoing.

I haven't bought or tried it yet, but it has a free demo. It has somehow evaded my radar for years. I've been wanting a linux native autosampler, and I never noticed this one until today. I looked back, and it's been around AT LEAST since 2020 and has continually been supported and receiving updates. And I agree that the price is good. I eventually plan to get it and sample my Roland jv-1010 that I have sitting around and then using Sforzando as a rompler.NWSM wrote: Fri Mar 27, 2026 8:25 pmthe name sounds like it comes from Klingons xDaudiojunkie wrote: Fri Mar 27, 2026 4:16 pm I just discovered a Linux native auto-multisampler that exports to Decent Sampler and SFZ!!! IMPORTANT - ROM Files Required!
Due to copyright reasons, the required Ensoniq ROM files are NOT included. To make the plugin work:
Create a folder named EnsoniqSD1 in your user's Documents folder:
Win C:\Users\yourusername\Documents
macOS /yourusername/Documents/
Obtain the Ensoniq SD-1 32 variant AND Ensoniq 2x40 VFD ROM files and place EXACTLY these files in that folder AND zip them to sd132.zip.

So lets add Ohlhorst Digital to our List!
https://gearspace.com/board/showpost.ph ... tcount=191I'm working on Linux support for all OD Plugins. What Distro would you recommend for testing? Ubuntu 22.04 LTS?

Warning its ALPHA not BETA and not Ready.Instead of traditional linear sequencing, Noemi uses a node-based graph where you wire together different composition building blocks — patterns, generators, instruments, transformers, and effects — into a living composition that evolves in real time.
Pre-release builds for testing. Report bugs to support@tweakbench.com or on Discord. The best way to support this development is to buy some Tweakbench plugins!
