Great idea. Or I'll just go back to making multiband synths with a rack, 3 synths and multiband compressors or filters... You are a great inspiration!

Add 3 instances?? Hahaha.. yeah,,okay.BONES wrote: Fri Jul 10, 2026 11:08 pm Just add three instances, hardly rocket science.
I completely agree but the way to fix that is to lower the price, not ruin it by making it just like every other $200 synth.exmatproton wrote: Fri Jul 10, 2026 7:56 amFor 200 bucks i expect more from a synth, tbh. The 99 intro was good, yes, but this is a 200 bucks synth.
About the price; sure. That would be a good solution as well. But still....you make it sound like adding Free Running LFO's and per band outputs would make this a synth like all others. And that is just nonsense. Like free running lfo's and outputs per band suddenly ruins this synth. Bollocks

I was thinking more of adding multiple effects per band overcomplicating things. The free-running LFOs would, obviously, make little or no difference to anything. As I said, to me the LFOs seem very full-featured as they are. I don't even know why you'd want free-running LFOs, except maybe to hide sloppy playing (which would actually benefit me quite a bit).

This is the one feature I wish it had. Not a dealbreaker, but it would help workflow by sparing an extra bounce (or two) when splitting the sub and tops into separate DAW tracks.exmatproton wrote: Fri Jul 10, 2026 12:17 am ...they (UVI) don't provide us with seperate outputs per band...

But why would you need to do that, have you not heard the factory patches? Why do you have this burning desire to over-complicate everything?

Why don't you stop trying to be the gatekeeper for suggestions for crying out loud?BONES wrote: Sun Jul 12, 2026 12:04 am But why would you need to do that, have you not heard the factory patches? Why do you have this burning desire to over-complicate everything?
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

Because the f**king thing has been out for about two weeks and all you want to do is complain about it, like you think you know better. You're like spoiled little children. You can't go with the flow, it all has to be just so, and you end up ruining it for the rest of us.

Just out of curiosity: How do people suggesting to add separate outputs to a multiband synth "ruin" anything for you?BONES wrote: Sun Jul 12, 2026 12:58 am You can't go with the flow, it all has to be just so, and you end up ruining it for the rest of us.
And what does it have to do with factory patches if people want separate outputs? Maybe they want it for sidechaining a part of the signal, processing the bands differently during mixing, adding different effects, using different sends or whatever - what does any of that have to do with the factory patches?

Are you serious? It's a complication, a totally unnecessary one. If I was suggesting improvements, it would removing two of the envelopes, one of the MSEGs and three of the LFOs, so you can see more on the main page of the GUI. That would be a huge improvement in usability without sacrificing anything of any value. But I'm not a dickhead, I'm not about to tell someone else what their product should be, I'll take it for what it is and get what I can from it.
Are you so lacking in empathy that you can't see how you might be making someone feel who has sweated blood for months, possibly years, making something that's actually really good the way it is? Me, I really appreciate the time and effort that has obviously gone into making Rumble and the last thing I'm thinking of doing is telling those hard working people that they could have done better. What sort of c**t would I be to do that?
And what it has to do with factory patches is that they sound f**king great without separate outputs, so what makes you think you could do anything better with them?

I personally usually appreciate feedback, constructive criticism and ideas for updates, but I guess it's true that not everyone does and that a public forum might not be the best place - although I always thought that's partly what this place is for. What I would definitely not appreciate is a thread about a product getting filled with insults, but that's just me.
Tbh this discussion is just a waste of time and space. People have listed their update ideas, if UVI takes the ideas or not is completely up to them, of course. I hope they do and improve this already nice and innovative synth. But if I have more ideas in the future maybe I'll write an email to UVI instead of posting here to not hurt anyone's feelings...
I listed mix-related examples in my last post that have nothing to do with factory presets. If you do not want to understand the difference that's ok.BONES wrote: Sun Jul 12, 2026 10:26 am And what it has to do with factory patches is that they sound f**king great without separate outputs, so what makes you think you could do anything better with them?
