Two things:
1. Sasha, stop plugging other programs in this particular thread. This thread seems to be for CCT's program updates and as such doesn't need your superfluous sycophancy.
2. I'm liking this program. But the soundfonts it outputs don't open in Reason 2.5. I'm not sure why, but the same happens with Chainer, so its likely this is a Reason problem. But if you've got the time and inclination to look into it, that'd be swell.
Its not a massive problem though because Awave Studio can open them. Then you just save them again in Awave and it will open in Reason.

I am NOT plugging ANY other programs at all - all I'm doing is to compare certain features to make this program even more kickass than those I compare to! More than a valid thing!

Very cool app. Keep up the good work!
Something I personally would find to be a usefull addition would be an "autotrill" type option to create 1/2 or whole step trill patches when creating orchestral SF's.
I'm not sure if anything like that exists in any other app, but trill patches are what I find to be the hardest to create with a traditional SF editor. To have it somehow automated in this app would be cool as hell.

CCT, give me a link to a paypal address & I'll take you up on your donationware request right here & now.
You're doing a great job so far & I see this developing into something many people wouldn't mind endorsing financially.
ciao,

If I could afford it, I would donate £10. As it is, I can't even afford a loaf of bread

Great CCT, but there is a reason why there are notCCT wrote:The next thing will be autolooping or midiout support with wave in device. If those things will be finished autosampling feature will be easy to do
many programs in general, that do crossfade looping.
Because it is not that easy to do.
You can take a look at Wavelab's looping,
this is working very well... On single samples...
To autoloop a set of multisamples is another dimension.
Looping one wav file great, does not mean it will work for
8, 16 or 32 samples of a multisampled instrument.
I would be glad to help you, simply send me an email.

Error loading created wave files into Kontakt; it says they're corrupt. Opening in Audition & saving as wave(PCM) works..

Hi CCT,
After selecting a VST slot 'THIS' vst should open,
after clicking 'open editor'.
(now always the last one (lowest) opens)
The chain editor is nice, now please add min/max velocity range for the loaded VST.
(only play/dump midi notes when in that velocity range)
Why not make the PRESETS SELECTOR where the loaded VSTs are ? (in the chain)
Make a popup menu !
Then you can kill the PRESETS the way they are now.
Load bank, Save bank, should NOT be done on the main screen,
only in the open VST editor.
Simply add a OPEN EDITOR to each VST slot in the chain.
Velocity-layers: Make 0-127 a default after loading.
EDIT: adding notes should be possible at any time.
Also changing a specific 'velocity split range.
(without deleting all following splits.)
One click on a note of the keyboard is really enough.
(at least make the PINK key the first click)
Dump: Please make sure, WHEN you write the ARTICULATION into the sf2 file,
you DONT write ZEROs (ADSR) !
Articulation is correctly activated but does not work this way.
(it acts like it is not activated)
So far, again great work CCT !!!
EDIT: In the ARTICULATION, activate the filter too.

Ok. It was just pre-release because i wanted to know if i am going right
Articulation was added because dumped sf2 were not work in NN-XT, but when i loaded them into AWave and saved again they worked. So i am slowly making sf2 output binary compatible with AWave. I am not sure that is ok to do that
This version was coded mostly in late night...
Thanx for advices, i am back to work to make it kick-ass

Yes, you are on the right way !CCT wrote:Ok. It was just pre-release because i wanted to know if i am going right![]()
I tested only with sfz and my modified version of sfz,Articulation was added because dumped sf2 were not work in NN-XT, but when i loaded them into AWave and saved again they worked.
With ADSR ect. The sf2 loads fine there but Articulation does not react.
Thats why I looked in Awave.
Awave created sf2's, load in every sampler I know of fine.So i am slowly making sf2 output binary compatible with AWave. I am not sure that is ok to do that
So that seams to be a good way to do it.
I am confident it WILL be KICK-ASS !!!!This version was coded mostly in late night...

Sicklecell666: tomorrow i check why Kontakt doesn't load my wavs
Midiworks: most of your suggestions were implemented.
http://audiolabz.com/vd04p.jpg
VST editor is now opened by double click, and preset selection context menu is activated by right click on preset name.
Instead of "Preset selector" window will be a place for autoloop editor or smth maybe envelopes ?
Greetz
Next release probably tomorrow
edit:
Btw. there was any crashes with new version?
Is midi in working ? I only tested it with Midi Yoke because i dont have any midi controller.
