The thing with the nag screen is that it's a fantastic synth and you should just suck it up and donate the money to DMIsdv wrote:seems to be a decent little synth with potential... but what's up withthe nag screen? By the time I start to learn the synth I get the nag... give us a little more to play with this baby, even a hiss every 20 seconds would be cool. Need more time!!

Does it come with any presets? I installed it but I'll be f**ked if I can work out how the f**ker is supposed to do anything.

Nothing serious mate. I was just emphasizing that this is a great synth an at least for me it doesn't matter if it's freeware, donationware or shareware. Sorry if I misinterpreted your words.aMUSEd wrote:What point of view? I'm asking a question not expressing an opinion.zeoy wrote:Honestly, check it and you may change your point of view. or load the default.fxb. It's in the main folder somewhere ( I mean not in the plugin folder)rsmus7 wrote:yes it has some presets ...BONES wrote:Does it come with any presets? I installed it but I'll be f**ked if I can work out how the f**ker is supposed to do anything.

Found it. Deleted now. Stupid interface, ridiculously annoying nag-screen, poor installer.

I agree on all points except the interface, Bones - luckily I didn't need the installer more than twice, the first thing I did is got rid of the nag screen... and ended up with a superb-sounding huge monster of VSTi bound to serve me for years.
DMI - The installer had some audio running in the background, and the music, although it was cool, didn't stop after the installation biz was finished. I had to reboot to silence it.
I think maybe we should move the bug & etc meaningful chat to the SMEX forum?

I'm definately interested in this, but the processor use is very high on my 1.2Ghz Athlon, and that nag screen is too annoying - how about no nag screen for the first 30 days.

I apologise for the language use there .
Bone's I don't hear or see other dev's talking about your creations in an overtly derogatory manner.
Respect is a two way street.
It's also something you earn (not that you give a shit what I think) .
And quite frankly people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
I'm shutting up now.
That's enough said on the matter.
