Dover Plugins. I know the author (Jeremy) on social media. He responded when I sent him a link to this page. He's literally flooded-out after the big east coast storm, he says. I don't know what he has of the Dover plugins, but he was interested in this discussion. He may have limited time to do work related to this. He tends to be pretty busy.

thanks Ranjarresh, managed to complete the download 
did not have any of the Cybergrunge stuff
but that's only around 15mb. the other 500mb is arcDev Noise Industries - ah yeah and some other stuff (looking through list).
