is it possible to make a certain preset as default preset so that this one loads automaticly when I insert Valhallaroom ?
I have one preset that I use as base for own creations all the time and it would be great, if that one weas loaded automaticly.
Can you save a "project template" with an instance of VRoom loaded w/the preset you want?

I don't have ValhallaRoom updates planned for the near future. After 10 updates to the plugin, I need to focus on new products.

Well, if some other software reverb developer comes up with Surround Capuccino before you do, I'll swap loyalties :P
I did get a life,once...but it was faulty, so I sent it back.

Every now and then I just need a small Reverb Meditation to calm myself down.
French Horns sent through VRoom and VRoom sent through a slow phaser in ÜberMod:

Do I have to say it again? OK, here goes: Beautiful.

The "phaser" is a pretty simple algorithm in ÜberMod, but it really adds some nice movement to the sound, and a weird synthetic edge to what is otherwise a completely organic sound.

No, you don't have to but it's nice when you do so 8)
The phaser setting in 16phase mode, a bit of delay/feedback and more ÜberMod gets you way out there but in this case I just wanted some subtle phasing. It was interesting to hear how differently the 100 sec long reverb tail responded to the horn frequencies in the different modes. So I ended up using Nostromo although Dark Space was also a favourite.

I designed ÜberMod to get way way out there, but it can also do subtle. At its heart, ÜberMod is "Dimension D X N," where N can be any number from 1 to 16. When you get up to 16, you can get some crazy thick sounds, reverse reverb, and all that - but sometimes you just want a bit of flanging, or that Dimensional chorus, and ÜberMod can do that as well.

I really like the Nostromo mode for sounds with slow attacks. For percussive sounds, Nostromo can get almost comically grainy, but I figured this was a useful quality to have on tap. I wonder if the "graininess" in Nostromo also results in a better sound for lower frequencies, due to the larger size of the internal loops. Something for me to ponder...

There is an interesting article on The Atlantic web site about the history of artificial reverb:

I'm quoted in it, which is the sort of thing that makes my mom happy.

Very nice, vanielik! What guitar is this?

Bought VRoom several months ago and it's definately one of the best purchases I made in years. Only reverb I use at the moment, ditched Lexicon and Aether.
