vurt wrote:at frank, yeah im not wholly opposed to googling, but on a simple question like this theres no work to do.
it has ruined pub quizzes now though, every bastard has a internet ready phone :bang:

the picture ones are much better because even if you have to google to check there is some mind work element going on, or the riddles, anagrams type thing.
Agreed. Although in this case it wasn't a simple question. It was a trick one.

You have to bear in mind that The Fex is a) Evil, and b) in Bangkok. Both of the acts in question were Thai ones - you didn't have a hope in hell without Googling it.
yeah i realised it wasnt "the" clash when i reread it.
then i just gave up.

so james wasnt "sit down" james?

guess he is a tricksy hobbit afterall.

i will add, im not bothered at all about others googling here, its not like theres a prize at stake or nuthin, i just prefer to use my mind rather than my fingers, personally! just to excercise it once in a while :hihi:

Quite. Someone who wasn't prepared to engage their brain would certainly have answered "The Clash" and "Stutter".... I'm slightly surprised no-one didn't. Furthermore, even when Googling, there's a lot of work to do just figuring out what to Google, and what results are relevant. Try it, you'll see.

Yep! for getting there first, I was a few minutes behind you. Plus I've completely run out of ideas for questions, so a good result all round.

Name the artist. Numbers refer to albums in chronological order. Clues, not necessarily definitions, to album titles are given. I'll expand on it if it doesn't make sense.

4 - islands in the fire

9 - childhood obesity

12 - navigational

15 - vigilantism

27 - his tool
