3.1.2
CHG Added menu to set "current preview as default" and "current skin as default".
FIX General bug-fixes (minor)

Anyone knows where that menu to set current skin as default is?
It was obvious to me how to do it before (3.1,3.1.1):)

Do you guys recommend to upgrade to nexus 3, or just keep going with nexus 2?

Thought someone more qualified would have responded to you.
If Nexus plays a big part of your productions, then yes. IF not.....(like me)...It still hasn't 'delivered' for me yet. (I mean had I to do it again, I am not sure I would currently, let us see what is to come)

If it was free yeah, for the price, definitely not.

I would also say no, nothing special, bether browser and no elicenser.
The don’t have mapped the macros and I am sure they won’t map them.
NKS is also not implemented yet, but already available on Jason’s nks preset page, also for nexus 2

I'd go spend that money on thorn and lion in the plugin alliance sale if you don't already own them, and spend what's left over on a couple of takeaway meals :)

Hey there! Considering getting Nexus 3. I used to work with a producer who had Nexus 2 and I loved it. A big reason why I bought Avenger. I love the sound quality Vengeance/ReFX provide in their plugins.

How is the license software? What does Nexus 3 use for protection? Does the license refresh happen automatically every 30 days?

I ask because Avenger has been really complicated for me. I also don’t like having to be responsible for manually refreshing my licenses. I’m hoping this software is simpler to install and use. Any advice would be great!

Thankfully, Nexus 3 does not (for the moment, at least) use CodeMeter. I've already abandoned Avenger and foresworn ever buying from VPS again because of the imposition of the new CodeMeter system. But Nexus just uses a dedicated license manager program (not involving CodeMeter) that, for me at least, has worked without problem thus far, with no need to refresh, etc.

Thanks for the advice! That’s a relief to hear. I’m not enjoying the Code Meter stuff for Avenger either. And wouldn’t mind having Nexus 3 in my workflow. Decisions! Isn’t VPS and ReFX the same company though? I’ve always been confused the difference.
