I found it. Google "VoiceDesigner.dll" and you'll be amazed. Sometimes the links are trying to get you to scan your DLLs for no good reason. Sometimes the download link is obscure and at the bottom of a page. Sometimes you have to enter a password to unpack the archive.

Kind of cool plugin though.

not all dll's are voicedesigner VST.. there seems to be something like a TTS system lib too..

however.. its not hard to get an illegal copy of voicedesigner I guess..
smbdy had to drop a mail to steinberg I guess, they maybe put it on the ftp site...
