FL 5 snap function has stopped working!

yeah, was the local snaps most likely. i just had people tear up my apartment looking for a leaking pipe only to find out that their is no leakage. so tomorrow someone will drop by to put in new tiles where they smashed the old one... exhausting.... plus, my internet connection behaves like a fuking bouncey ball - up and down and up and down and...
