if i could say my opinion, i would say that it would be fair that the cd pre-orders number should define the number of "tickets" for the lottery. one cd should be one ticket.
but, you decide, of course.

Actually, we didn't think much about this. There are 7 people with more than 1 order.

So I'll do a quick turnabout and say, "YES", one ticket per CD ordered. Now go preorder more.
