yeah from the Sonar forums it seems this is happening in S5 too. I couldn't find any further info about how to stop it anywhere, despite it being a pretty serious problem!whyterabbyt wrote:Hmmm. Im seeing this behaviour in S5 as well....

I got in touch with a contact at the 'walk and he suggested increasing my MIDI buffer size, but it didn't work for me. It seems to me that this should be a huuuuuuuuge problem for most Sonar users, or do most people just simply not autmoate more than one parameter?
When I get back home I'll unistall and reinstall up to 4.02, sacrificing the new smooth playback engine for envelope automation that works I think...

Ive just emailed the person who requested an example project to see if this bug is still being looked at...

Anyone with this problem using the 4.51 VST Adapter patch, or is it also occuring in DX only plugins?

Hunter; there's a patch for the adaptor for v4 users. (as Collusion mentions). Looks like I need to re-test with 5.01, after having done a full reset of the adaptor...

I'll let you know what I see on my versions of 4 and 5...

Nope, still happening, even after following the steps listed.

Well from the Sonar forum it seems this issue is now known to the 'walk themselves thanks to Graham, so hopefully a fix will be forthcoming!
