Ladytron are 'acquaintances'. We used to share houses, rehearsal space, equipment, producers...

Fatboy Slim was shit actually. "look at me wave my arms in the air and grin whilst i play records from the '80s that i had no part in creating!"

My best yet was:

Cannibal Corpse
Dimmu Borgir
The Haunted
Lamb of God
Meshuggah
Opeth

All at a metal festival a few years ago. If I recall correctly one of the members of Opeth hit on my girlfriend. That's a pretty cool memory of years past.

Oh, and when it came time to get on stage the members of The Haunted were busy getting plastered at the bar. The event staff had to call for them a few times before they finally showed up.

Which reminds me, I haven't been to a metal festival in years...
Excuse all the blood.

I was there too !!
Mott sucked - but I bought "Seven seas of Rhye" the next day !!
Saw AC/DC in a club the size of a classroom (In Watford) around the same time - and Hawkwind at Watford town hall !!
Talk about old !!
Best line up - probably Knebworth (1978) with Frank Zappa, The Tubes (inc Todd), Peter Gabriel, The Boomtown Rats, Nick Lowe, Dave Edmunds...
Don't remember too much about that one though !!
