I'm one of the silent DLers. I Dled, and will try the plug in the next month or so (I'm lagging as usual) Thanks for the plug.

Don't take it personal, many people feel thankful but don't post for a million of reasons. Cheer up man.

Like krakli said a while ago, you should dev for your own pleasure, and don't take the feedback you get too seriously (that wouldn't be wise on the net anyway)

Sorry Mr Dark, for not responding as to your new stuff. Truthfully, I've downloaded a few of your vst's in the last two weeks, but I haven't had time to try any of them, or any of the dozen or so other things dll'd, also from other devs. I've been working on a sound design project , spending a bunch of time on it, and refinishing floors in the house. Also, truthfully, it may be after Jan. 1, 2006, before I get to try any of the new downloads.

No slight intended.

Now how 'bout a statement from the rest of you slackeers out there? Anyone else got any better excuses? You just download 'em for the pictures, huh?

I just downloaded this a bit ago and haven't had a chance to check it out as I'm stuck working over the weekend (emergency bugfixes before the xmas holiday). Once I check it out, I'll definitely post.

Regardless, thanks for making all these cool plugins! Dual Trashers is still one of my faves, it's scary what it can do heh heh...

i appreciate your efforts and have made mention of that even though the results don't complement my current sonic endeavors.

however, more important than belated thanks, you should focus on what YOU gain from creating and publishing these plugs. i don't know if this is a problem you have in your personal/love life, as well, and it's none of my business, but if there's a pattern of altruism/sacrifice and disappointment, you might want to take a look at that.

(p.s.: i am seriously considering buying your coaa, but am short on money now, still have to buy presents, too. will this be available in the new year for the same price, too?)

same here JD, I plan to try all of your freebees very soon.. (that will be risky for my health, I can immagine)
I silently admired your creative burst since the first plugs and I'm very curious of nasty treatments, be sure I never miss one

Thanks for the free plugs. I had no idea that you had made so many until I saw this thread and went to your site. I sent you 6.00. It's all I had left in my account until next month. I really enjoy your work.

Being self-employed, I get down sometimes about the lack of feedback I get from the public 90% of the time. You just have to be strong and do it for your own reasons-even if it's a 'hobby' as some like to call it.

I loved the GUI, but the effect just didnt' suit my needs.

You are not the first free dev I've heard complain about peeps not getting many responses after seeing massive dloads.

I guess that's just the way it is.

dude!!! no no no. don't get demoralized. i know how hard you worked and how generous you are. i think a lot of people would agree on those facts. your plugins are wicked free or non free and don't think for one second that people don't appreciate your work. you said it yourself: ~400 d/l's . think 400 happy people. some "uber" happy because of the extras

. i never officially thanked you. i made a reference to the preset "save a pig today" (remembering xoxos?)and told you that i got the easter egg, but never thanked really. just know that i am very thankful for all your work not just this one. you are one of the lords of se whether you admit it or not. now get a grip and stop whining!!! :p. this is a wonderful christmas present! i doubt anybody will disagree. well, maybe the acid dude, but you know how he is.
