I want to apologize... Indeed the sf2 was saved with a lowered cutoff. I have fixed that and reuploaded the file. Note that you only need to redownload if you use the sf2 in a sampler with no cutoff controls (such as sfz free)

Also I'd like to encourage any of you who haven't yet to please check out my commercial Wusik/EVE/SF2 library, SoundCell TWO:
