If you knew how much spam we have to deal with, and how few posters got the "spammy" message, you'd think it was almost paranoid enough. (It could also be that you bumped a thread six years dead to make your post, don't know whether that's included in the spamminess quotient.)

But you don't care about that stuff, you want to post your info. So send it to a moderator (I'm going to be out for a few hours so you might want to try bluedad or D.H. Miltz instead, or as well) along with a link to the thread, and we'll paste it into your post, quote you, or whatever.

Thanks Meffy :)

Indeed I can't imagine how much spam, et al you get. -- I had tried editing everything that might've tripped it, brand names (ARP, Roland, Alesis) and I had mentioned Contemporary Keyboard Magazine, and had a Zawinul quote from SoundOnSound (another website), but no links or anything.

You mentioned bumping a dead thread, maybe I accidentally was doing that - not that I'd know how to if I wanted to. The part of the thread that I hit "reply to" on, I thought was the end post, and it was from 2006 or somethingorother - Today I see a lot of recent additions that either just posted or I missed and did enter into the middle of. Newbie here :P

I'll look into sending to a moderator later (gotta find where I stashed it on my comp). Thanks for the encouragement :)

I remember reading this thread a while ago.

Recently I came upon Weather Report's Black Market" from Montreux '76 on YouTube (BTW this is the first year bassist Jaco Pastorius was in the band).

Around 3:00 you can see Joe Zawinul playing the backward Arp with his right hand. Damn, what a fine musician he was!
