The problem/limitation is with "multiple" connections in the main window from the same audio output. Since your drums output is connected both to SIR and master out, this is not supported by eXT at the moment as it will delay the audio output and not the connection.
The workaround is to use DRY in SIR.
xt2 will handle complex audio routing with pdc.
