Of course not!!! MIDI FX is a MIDI track "insert FX", this is supported in XT2 as well, but not only on tracks...

eXT does supports PDC on VST instrument, inserts and sends in sequencer and PDC in main window at the same time.

The problem/limitation is with "multiple" connections in the main window from the same audio output. Since your drums output is connected both to SIR and master out, this is not supported by eXT at the moment as it will delay the audio output and not the connection.

The workaround is to use DRY in SIR.

xt2 will handle complex audio routing with pdc.

Export loops (sample) from song to sampler? I don't think that should be too hard. btw, xt2 has in-track slicing in the song view.

Yes, you can drag the length (with snap of course) of a sample and it will automatically re-pitch. Also works with tempo changes.
As for timestretching I'll see if I can get SoundTouch to do the trick.

I will make it optional to unload diabled plugins fom ram. This has to be optional because if you want to automate power on/off it wouldnt be sample accurate.

I have to unload it from ram to free up all the resources (which should be a great combination with freeze and song templates)

Dont know about pants tool, but Ive added a line tool for velocity/controller editing. Oh, and I finally added option for non destructive reverse audio last night 01:27, now thats a cool feature to use on loops, vocals and bounced parts...

Dont know how usefulll it is yet, but I also hadded lazzo select (drag with shift pressed) in the controller view. At least you can copy/paste/edit a selection of events much quicker now.
