Hi PipeLine
I still think that timestrech is a must-have in my personal case.
As it is designed to be a programed for quickly sketching music projects, and has it is also designed to be an audio looper, timestrech looks like a main feature (what is loop for if it doesn't sync ?).
Also, some more midi stuff : little editing, quantize, and also the ability in loop mode to record midi "on top" of what is already recorded (english words lack to explain what i mean :ie : on the first recording of the midi loop, recording the notes, then on the second recording, mixed with the previous, automation or other notes or...).
I know midi is on the road but not ready yet.
I have posetd several messages on reaper's forum about timestretch, and never had the clever answer if it is planned to implement it quickly or not.

I saw it once, and i think it is the algorythm used in Live and Fruity... (but really, not shure !)
I know many free timestretching algorythms do exist, but i am really not a specialist, and I don't know the most sought-after features in a programmer point of view...
It is very good news to read that it is planned to implement it !
