Anwida DX is very nice, soft and smooth.
I've been just fine with combining/joggling between Ambience, Anwida DX, Glaceverb and using SIR for final mixes. They suit different things and have their weaknesses, but can all sound excellent. SIR sounds just as good as anything out there with good impulses, and there are lots of them.
One good commercial reverb could possibly do it all in one, well designed interface, but I'd rather save the 400 euros and improve my skills with the tools I have instead... after all getting a good reverb that improves the song is far from automatic, even with the best unit in the world.
