sampling films? legal issues?

Well that's a very nice topic i hope we can find out what the legal proccess is.And then we can be sure that we are breaking the law!

Anyway i believe that it isn't horrible to use a film sample here for the competition for example or in a mix...

If a song with film sample is going to be published in a label, i think they will find a way to do it right.
