why in the world anyone would still use dx?
isn't it all niceley covered by vst?
this is not meant as flaming or such, just pure interrest ...
or did i miss a dx effect that i cannot have replaced by a vst?

They also sell a pro version that wraps more.

brok landers -- Waldorf Attack comes to my mind....But, you're right, not much else, I think.

for me it's izotope ozone3 - i only have the dx version, and i'd rather save the 50 or so bucks that the upgrade to the vst version costs.

tbh that is the only dx i still use, though. :D

Brok -- The OP wanted DX-to-VST, but zeep came on-board and asked about a free VST-to-DX adapter. It does get a little confusing.... :)

What if you have Sonar which includes DXi and wanted to use them in energyXT? Would that be reason enough to want a DX to VST adaptor? :?:

Here is a free four plug-in DX to VST adapter. Tell me if it works:

as Warmonger pointed out:

FFX-4 does NOT support DXi, only DirectX effects. Other than that, it's great, and I use it all the time with no issues.
