I agree, i have many regrets on purchases made out of ignorance in the past. So it is good developers explain their products (often its better to hear from the horses mouth then the everyday forum visitors who often don't know much, "myself included").With more info my own personal tests do get better.Aleksey Vaneev wrote:

btw in the other thread that got closed, where kingston und bmanic pointed out that the limiter-test didn't show much and was unfair, they were bloody right. it is a stupid test using default settings. i did it myself and elephant with 4xoversampling, el3, min speed and more release even had less artifacts then the new kjaerhus limiter(but at 3x the cpu). what i also learned is, that i would never use the limiters on my music with the settings, which produce the cleanest results on sine-waves
both are quality products btw!
Of course since there is money involved... no wait DSP programming pride... bahh... I'm confused...it must be incredibly hard for aleksey to just sit back and watch in such situations.
