Most likely, it's not easy. Note that distribution of the audio samples would be a copyright violation.
Some synths may make it easy, but I don't see why manufacturers would want to. It's not the intended use of the instrument, and it makes it easy for people to copy and distribute their samples.
BTW, don't call them "loops", call them "samples". The term "loops" applies to two things in this arena:
1) the part of a sample that is repeated to provide long sustain with a short sample
2) A musical snippet (either audio or MIDI) that can be repeated to form a compositional element in a song -- not what you're talking about here.
The term "sample" applies to several different purposes
* samples for building a sample-based instrument
* 2nd definition of "loop" above
* sound-effect audio, like thunder, car crash, etc.

Yeah, it's too bad. I'd love to have access to the piano samples in my Ensoniq MR76, they're great -- even though it was made in 1997, and the samples were recorded back in 1992 or so. Nearly as good as any digital keyboard I've played, including S90ES and RD700. Sure would be nice to have them with the convenience of a software plugin. (So I sampled 'em and built a soundfont, which takes 20 times the space!)
BTW, there's software to make sampling your hardware easier. You might want to try Samplematic; see other threads in this forum.

Already seen those threads but its just the same story all over. If we get lucky, in the future, those companies might ask us for a copyright fee to let us "hardwire" their synth's pcb to a sampling pc.

Typically, the samples in such machines are *not* stored as linear PCM - even if you performed a ROM dump you'd probably need to obtain technical data from the company on the storage format.
Truth be told, it's probably easier just to manually sample and deal with the minimal A/D degradation.
