----KT Granulator is definitely weird/cool, but I wouldn't at all call it "bit reduction" as we all kinda know it.
----There is something coming though. It has a very musical bit reducer, and a delay of quite some kind, if it can be sorted out by whenever.

kjaerhus classic delay set to "digital" mode, with "quality" turned down might be just what you are looking for.

I already have this one, and I like it, but the effect is not as obvious as i would like it to be : you can only hear the lofi digital artifacts if only the kjaerhus classic delay's track is playing, else it get too easlily lost in the mix...
And i find the sound too much like a "basic" bitcrusher, quite good, but as far as i can remmeber, on my old Ibanez HD-1000, ther had also some kind of damping/filtering more and more after each repetition...
