Though I thought the gui's for the last version looked a lot like the Waves renaissance bundle.bduffy wrote:Yeah...strange. It doesn't really fit their usual designs, and is nowhere near as nice-looking as their last plug-ins!
Yes, actually! I tried them last night. I was holding off on posting until I could give them a more thorough workout, but my initial impression is that these are less than nothing special. Pretty much like all their stuff; nothing that warrants putting up with PACE and a dongle. Waves, URS, sure. These guys, nope.Debutante wrote:Has anyone actually bothered to TRY the plugins?... someone announces a new series of plugins and so far it's all about the GUI???
Sorry you didn't like them. I have them and like them for what they are, goodbduffy wrote:Yes, actually! I tried them last night. Cool. I'll use a plugin that's butt-ugly, I really don't care (well, OK; I do care, but not that much!) about the GUI, and I'll put up with proctection if I really like something; but I wasn't hearing anything that would make me think about using them, let alone paying for them. Everything they do is done better by someone else, IMHO. At the end of the day, this company's products just don't "fit" me and my music, I guess.HalloweenJack wrote:Sorry you didn't like them. basic insert plug-ins. If you hate PACE, then these wont be for you. If you
can get over the CP and the Hideous Gawd-Awful Ugly What-were-they-thinking
PURPLE, then you're okay. I insert them on a track, tweak, hide them and smile
at the sound...
Wha...? So what's the bloody point??Transmatic wrote:Plus Liquid Bundle 1 plugs sound EXACTLY the Same as Liquid Bundle II. I own Version 1 and I did a side by side Comparison Test and They are identical, Version 1 Plugs use less CPU though!
Sorry, Transmatic: I meant that to be about the developers: what's the point of making a Liquid Bundle II, if nothing is different apart from a nasty GUI? I got your point just fine.Transmatic wrote:My Point is that Liquid Bundle 1 is better than Liquid Bundle II. 1)Less CPU
2)Better GUIs
3)Cost less Money$
Cool. Does Liquid II crash your computer?Transmatic wrote:Liquid Bundle II was rather Un Needed I would say. I still Love Nomad Factory Plugs though!
