Don't worry - you'll have the possibility to try it yourself. Perhaps one of the other presets will fit you more ;-) As I said, this one is not my kind of piano too.

what are the chances that I could apply the $180 usd credit that NI has just confirmed for Komplete Kare 2006 subscribers towards this?

that's what I thought.

Please tell me this has no dongle / pace / challenge-response! I will buy this when it comes out if it has reasonable copy protection!!

It has a dongle, challenge-response, and every time you load it up, it asks you to locate a word from the manual. :D

LOL Greg, you brought back some fond memories of booting up Might and Magic 3 there...

Heh! Yeah, the old manual copy protection. ;-) Pool of Radiance used a wheel of sorts. That was fun, too. :eyeroll:

PS, I liked the piano sounds. I'm not connoisseur like Watto, but I'd use'em for sure.

The demos sound pretty good I have to say. Price it at under $200 and you got a product that will give the Piano-Teq some much needed competition.

Let the throw down begin. :hihi:

LOL............... You forgot the video camera to analyse your eye, and a micro to analyse your voice.

Hmmmm, for me it sounds a little bit like my old YAMAHA P100 with a little Sympathetic String Resonance.....? But maybe I'm a little mad.... :)

Don't know how good a P100 actually sounds, so I can't compare, but there'll be different piano's with different characteristics - so judging the plug by this video alone is just one side of it.

What I do know is that I love it's expressiveness and the dynamic way it reacts whenever I play it; no sterility in the sound whatsoever.

To me it simply sounds and acts like a piano :)

after yrs of me bashing his free 4Front piano, I must say he's got it done nicely this time.

I don't know who the piano player is. But he from some kind of standard piano class/course?

I think his chords and playing is great, but it sounds like something i've heard so many times before. Does he play known tunes, or is he just improvising with standard piano-chord-tricks?

The piano sounds really good btw.
