Forgive me if I came across very annoyed or bitter or anything. I know my 'problems' with Cakewalk support (and other plugins) are not your problem, Dave
I somehow got the feeling you would be sending me to Cakewalk without even bother to verify it, and Cakewalk sending me directly to you without checking it. My bad. 
If your DXi guy finds something I could try taking it up with Cakewalk first myself. If I don't come through, I'll get back to you.
