cubase sx 3 quality of bundled effects

SX3 reverbs and delays actually aren't that bad, if used for real subtle basic stuff, but agree that freebies like Sir impulse reverbs, Spinner, etc etc are far superior.
However, using the Quadrafuzz, tube, and overdrive plugins with compressors, panning, off-setting and panning duplicate tracks a few milliseconds, etc - works quite well for guitar. Takes a lot of time, but it's 'your' sound.
